Primary dental care is provided free of charge to registered patients of UAB “Mano šeimos gydytojas” and persons covered by compulsory health insurance. The scope (composition) of primary dental care (assistance) services compensated from the Mandatory Health Insurance budget was approved by the Minister of Health in 2008. May 23 by order no. V-483 “On approval of the extent (composition) of primary dental care (assistance) services compensated from the Mandatory Health Insurance budget” (Zin., 2008, No. 62-2361).

Patients (with the exception of children and older people studying in full-time general education schools, full-time departments of vocational schools, but no longer than until they turn 24, and socially dependent persons, when they present the appropriate certificate from the social support department of the municipality of their place of residence) pay for filling materials, other dental materials and disposable tools, taking into account the quantity of these materials and tools and the prices valid at that time.
